For all product return, warranty claims or order issue enquiries, please read through the below policies before completing the request form below.
All BBB Cycling Australia orders are fulfilled directly from BikeChain HQ, Australia.
We do not offer retailer fulfilment, drop-shipping or Click & Collect.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.
During peak periods (including sales events and Christmas), deliveries may take 1–2 additional business days.
Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct and that access to the delivery address is available.

Important: Please do not send any items back without first submitting a return request, as this may result in delays or the item being returned to you. 4. If you received an incorrect item or your item is faulty, we will provide a prepaid return label to cover the cost of shipping. 5. If the returned product does not meet our returns policy, we will notify you with further details.

All refunds will be processed within three (3) working days of approval. Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order. Any refunds for items purchased using a discount coupon/voucher will be credited at the net purchase price as shown on your order confirmation email. Please allow up to five (5) days after BBB Cycling has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
