Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping:

Whilst we support local Australian retailers all orders are delivered directly from BBB Cycling HQ, Australia wide. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $15 for purchases totalling under $100 and FREE shipping for purchases totalling over $100. When goods are in-stock, orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 3 business days to metro locations, and between 5 and 7 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory, depending on your location.

High demand periods such as Christmas can see orders take an extra 1-2 business days to be delivered.

Delivery times for made to order and pre order items can vary, so please refer to the specific product or collection pages.


Returns:

We understand that you might change your mind about the products you have purchased. Our returns policy allows you 30 days to return any unwanted item at your own cost. Products you are returning must be in their original and unused condition and in the original packaging. Please ensure you do not compromise the original packaging or tags otherwise we will be unable to accept your return. You may return the item for a full refund.

Having a BBB Cycling account is the quickest and easiest way to manage returns. If you checked out as a guest, please get in touch with us via email and we will provide details on how to return your product(s). If you have an account, please follow the process below:
Returns Process:
1. Login to your BBB Cycling Account and navigate to the 'My Account' section, the button is located on the top right of the search bar.
2. Select the item/s you would like to return, then select the 'Return Items' button under the 'Shipped' notification.
3. You will be emailed a confirmation of your return request, please include this when you are returning goods. This allows our team to identify your order and process your return faster.
4. In the event we send you an incorrect item or if the item received is faulty, we will provide you with a prepaid mailing label to cover the cost of returning the product to us. Simply email our Customer Support Team.
5. If the returned product doesn’t meet our returns policy, we’ll notify you with further details

Return Instructions:
• Pack your product properly, using the original packaging if possible, to minimize the risk of transit damage
• Include the returns form emailed to you
• Attach the supplied prepaid mailing label (if applicable) securely to the package
• Once we receive the returned product, you’ll receive an email notification confirming its receipt

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest solution is to return the item/s via the process above and place a new order on our website. This circumvents potentially lengthy periods for shipping and processing, and ensures you get your new item as soon as possible.

The above policy does not impact your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations. Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return conditions listed above. Goods that do not match return conditions will be returned to the customer.


Warranty:

All goods supplied by BBB Cycling are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. If you believe a product is faulty and eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us at info@bikechain.com.au to begin the process.
Warranty Process:
1. Submit Your Claim: Email our team with details of the fault, proof of purchase, and any relevant product information to info@bikechain.com.au.
2. Assessment Timeline: While we aim to resolve warranty claims promptly, some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment. This may result in longer processing times.
3. Prepaid Mailing Label: Once your claim is submitted and approved, we’ll provide a prepaid mailing label to cover the cost of returning the product to us.
4. Product Returns and Refunds:
  • Within 30 Days: Approved products returned within 30 days are eligible for an exchange or a full refund
  • After 30 Days: Approved products older than 30 days are eligible for exchange under warranty
5. If the Product Doesn’t Qualify: If your returned product doesn’t meet our warranty policy, we’ll notify you with further details
Return Instructions:
  • Pack your product properly, using the original packaging if possible, to minimize the risk of transit damage
  • Please remove any additional accessories that aren't being returned i.e. tyres, cleats, etc..
  • Include the returns form provided in your email
  • Include your claim reference number provided by the customer service team on the return label
  • Attach the supplied prepaid mailing label (if applicable) securely to the package
  • Once we receive the returned product, you’ll receive an email notification confirming its receipt


Refunds:

All refunds will be processed within three (3) working days of approval. Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order. Any refunds for items purchased using a discount coupon/voucher will be credited at the net purchase price as shown on your order confirmation email. Please allow up to five (5) days after BBB Cycling has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.


Applicable Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
